Since its formation and launch in 1948, the NHS which was heralded as the one of the greatest social achievements of its time, has undergone overwhelming transformation, and the multi billion pound NHS organisation of today bears little resemblance to the organisation of the 1940's.

Demands are increasing for choice of care, quicker response times so much that Private Companies are increasingly being used in state paid healthcare.

Focus is on the creation of these partnerships and the resulting commercial, clinical and business operations to deliver.

New ways of thinking, the need for greater flexibility, require new levels of short term resource with different expertise, introduced quickly and able to drive results.
