We will usually arrange a meeting with you to discuss the brief, and then having identified the skills and expertise needed we ask short-listed candidates to prepare details of relevant experience and the benefits they can bring to your particular project.

Very often we are able to recommend an experienced manager who has successfully completed a similar assignment. Where this is not the case, a short-list of no more than 3 suitable candidates will be presented.

Once a candidate has been chosen, a straightforward agreement is drawn up between the Client and Albemarle Interim Management, incorporating the project's Terms of Reference.
