Interim Management Consultant
The Role
INTERIM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT required by healthcare charitable organisation to lead the implementation of recommendations from an independent review of a low level secure healthcare facility. This assignment will involve the production of a timetable with associated risks for the progress plan, the appointment to senior clinical positions, structuring the transfer of operations to a partner organisation etc
It is essential to have experience of working at either chief executive, chief operating officer or director of operations level within the NHS and possess excellent project management skills as well as the ability to provide objective management oversight to the operational aspects of the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background in NHS forensic services. The assignment is for 6 months+ and is based SW England. Some work may be carried out from home.
