Interim Endoscopy Lead - ISTC Provider

The Role

An Interim Endoscopy Lead is required by a leading national Independent Sector Treatment Centre Provider which provides elective treatments on behalf of the NHS in the main, but also has some private patients throughout. Due to recent changes in casemix and demand, this provider is now reviewing its approach to Endoscopy services, and is looking attain JAG Accreditation. This challenging assignment will require the successful candidate to review and redesign the deliver of Endoscopy services within the Treatment Centre to meet demand as well as gain JAG Accreditation. You will also take on day to day responsibility for the department including managing a small team of staff. The key deliverable is to produce a report with recommendations to make significant changes to enable improvements to quality and develop endoscopy services.


It is essential for the successful candidate to be clinically trained (RGN for example) with specific experience/knowledge of endoscopy services. The assignment is expected to start immediately, is based in South East England and has an anticipated duration of 3-6 months.
