Interim Theatre Manager

The Role

An exciting and rewarding permanent opportunity for a Clinically Trained Individual to work with an innovative and forward thinking Private Healthcare Organisation.

This successful and growing Healthcare organisation has already doubled in size over the last few years and is recognised across the UK as one of the leading Private Sector Healthcare organisations. This is a genuine opportunity with one of the UK's leading Secondary Care Providers. The role is an exciting opportunity for a professional keen to make both efficiency and operational improvements within theatre management. You will take responsibility for a diverse team with a key role in ensuring the most effective planning and leadership of initiatives to ensure maximum theatre utilisation. The casemix is complex which presents an interesting challenge. You will work closely with other departments in a collaborative manner to manage the ‘bigger picture' and ensure that a whole systems approach is adopted. This role reports to the Head of Nursing and Clinical Services and represents and exciting challenge in a forward thinking and highly customer service focused organisation.
