Interim Outpatient and Patient Experience Manager

The Role

An exciting and rewarding permanent opportunity for a Clinically Trained Individual to work with an innovative and forward thinking Private Healthcare Organisation.  This successful and growing Healthcare organisation has already doubled in size over the last few years and is recognised across the UK as one of the leading Private Sector Healthcare organisations. This is a genuine opportunity with one of the UK’s leading Secondary Care Providers.  This exciting opportunity will require the successful candidate to provide support in embedding strong end to end patient experience policies. You will take responsibility for all aspects of the patient journey from initial booking, through to pre-operative patient questions as well as ensuring strong relations with GPs are in place in order to gain access to the necessary patient information. This role sits at head office level, where you will take responsibility at group level for ensuring that patients are effectively managed through treatments within centres UK wide. This organisation recognises that when patient experience is managed properly, HCAI risks and theatre cancellations are minimised - hence this role is crucial to the successful running of all of this organisation's treatment centres.  You will be a clinician by background with strong managerial experience gained either in nursing or perhaps even as far as general management.  This role reports to the Head of Nursing and Clinical Services and represents and exciting challenge in a forward thinking and highly customer service focused organisation.
