Interim Head of Mental Health Nursing

The Role

An Interim Head of Mental Health Nursing is required by a private sector Medium Secure Mental Health Facility to effect a vital change management agenda to improve the overall quality of care delivered to a wide variety of patients with mental health, learning disabilities and other behavioural disorders. You will take responsibility for the day to day staff management of the nursing team, as well has concentrating on the improvements to satisfy CQC inspections. This exciting assignment presents the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of all who pass through this organisations' doors.

 It is essential to have experience gained up to Head of (or Director of) Nursing in a medium to high security mental health setting. The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last for 3 months+. It will be based in North East England.
