Interim Head of Nursing and Clinical Governance for ISTC

The Role

An Interim Head of Nursing and Clinical Governance is required for an ISTC in the UK. Preferably a registered nurse with board level experience or clinical governance/risk experience.

To take responsibility for the efficient and effective management of all clinical and nursing services within ISTC. To establish and maintain an effective and robust framework for Clinical Governance, this will include effective management of patient experience, clinical effectiveness and close working with Medical Director in monitoring clinical outcomes. To manage heads of departments in appropriately managing their budgets and teams. Day to day management of all the clinical patient areas and developing new roles and new ways of working.
