Interim Manager - Chief Financial Officer
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, The role takes responsibility for a finance team of 60+ staff producing a full range of financial, management and statutory reporting as well as maintaining a close working relationship with other areas particularly treasury, compliance and the commercial team.
Responsibility for maintaining good relationships with the FSA and other external contacts will also be key and therefore good communication and influencing skills are critical.
This is a role which will cover both operational and strategic levels and will sit at Board level. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant (likely FCA or FCCA) with experience of Banking with previous experience at board level.
