Interim Manager - Business Analyst

The Role

Business Analyst urgently required for a high profile change programme in a financial services organisation. Candidates will have experience of working on Business Change management projects as opposed to IT and will have a track record in mapping processes as is / to be, holding workshops to identify requirements and provide full documentation to support evidence and recommendation. The role calls for Business analysts who can challenge the norm and come up with new ways of doing things! Good communication skills essential as is a knowledge of banking and/or general insurance. Initial assignment 3 months.
