Interim Progarmme Director – Credit Cards

The Role

Undergoing a period of significant investment to enhance customer experience, this UK Credit Card business is now looking to implement for a broad Corporate customer base some exciting new technology initiative and hence, a number of programmes of change. As a result, a number of Programme Directors are required to lead programme in self service infrastructure (viewing of statements, account details etc), payments systems/payment terminals and new technology for Business customer migration.

Interim Managers must understand the corporate business card sector and be able to demonstrate leadership of programmes where this is a strong technology element, although these roles form part of BUSINESS Change and therefore do not require strong technical IT experience.

All programmes are complex and will require relevant experience and have budgets ranging from £5m-10m. Good communication skills are essential.

The assignments are likely to last for 12 months and will offer an excellent opportunity to become fully involved from start to finish.
