Initial 3 month contracts for Interim Change/Project Managers who are able to undertake a wide range of duties relating to business change initiatives. Duties will cover managing an implementation work stream, running a team of business analysts/architects undertaking business process re-engineering, working with a business unit to prepare for changes (business readiness), PMO responsibilities from planning to liaising with PM's on risks and issues.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a wide variety of business and technology change management experience in retail banking/credit cards and the delivery of projects and an understanding of best practice in project management and governance. Good communication skills essential as is the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
