Interim Programme Directors - Credit Cards

The Role

Six month+ assignments for Interim Programme Directors who have been responsible for managing large complex business and technology change programmes within a credit card environment. Undergoing a period of significant investment to improve capacity, capability and entry into new markets, the change programmes include new technology/platform changes, operational transformation including new TOM's as well as transition of new sales and service strategies which will result in a number of change initiatives.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant sector experience (business cards of particular interest) and also be able to show end to end delivery of complex programmes of change and significant stakeholder management. First class planning skills essential as is the ability to manage teams of project managers/change professionals and third party suppliers.

Candidates who have experience of organisations such as VISA/Mastercard/Amex/Barclaycard will be of special interest.
