Six month assignment (minimum) for an Interim Manager who has strong experience of Credit Cards for Corporates. The business is divided into sales and sales initiatives and back and front operations which have a commitment to service delivery to meet the business needs.
The role sits within the COO function and is the link point between sales and operations and is responsible for ensuring operations are meeting the day to day operational needs of the business in servicing business card users from application processing, call centre queries, increased capacity due to marketing initiatives, regulatory initiatives such as TCF etc
The role is responsible for service delivery to this end and will be responsible for maximizing service levels to the business. This will include a close working relationship with the business areas to understand challenges, gaps in service, impending initiates and to ensure that these needs are being met through operations and any changes are dealt with either directly with contact centre management, technology or the change management function.
Critical is the ability to work between sales and service and to bring credibility to this Service delivery operation through a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Corporate Cards. Good communication skills are essential as is the need for effective stakeholder management.
