Six month assignment for a Project Manager who has experience of implementing business change in a branch network environment.
The role takes responsibility for bedding down changes and improvements to the way branches handle complaints which can be on a range of different subjects including those on products, services, etc.
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of complaint handling in branch networks, be fully conversant with best practice in project management and coordination of multiple workstreams from HR, training, comms, technology etc.
Base will be primarily Birmingham with some time in London and Bristol.
