Interim PMO - Stakeholder Reporting and MI

The Role

Very interesting six month assignment for an Interim change professional who is able to take control of monthly stakeholder reporting and MI for a major change and transformation programme valued in excess of £100m for a Retail Bank. The role will be to collate the data on a wide range of projects, work streams which are currently submitted on a local level from 40+ PMO offices all involved in the Transformation programme. The role will require the collation of this data, interpretation to get it formulated into a meaningful information pack for key Stakeholders and Board Directors.

It is essential that the successful candidate have experience of working in a retail banking environment and have a strong background in PMO/Project Management to be able to understand what needs to be reported and the challenges facing the 40+ PMO offices. In the medium term information will need to be standardised - once this information has been collated the Interim will be responsible for the presentation pack of information which will highlight all aspects of WIP, budget, risks/issues, RAG, budgets etc.
