Interim Head of Resource Planning
The Role
Six month minimum assignment for an interim professional who has undertaken a senior roles as Head of Resource Planning/ Capacity Management for a large global corporate organisation which is customer centric.
This UK based Plc has a global customer services function in excess of 3000 permanent staff which are based in a variety of locations in the UK, Europe and US as well as having some services based off shore.
The successful candidate MUST have experience of large scale Resource Planning and if not globally then ideally across a couple of different countries and with some off shoring. It is essential they have experience of this resource planning in a customer services function but industry sector is flexible and could include Utilities, Telco and Financial Services.
