Six month assignment working in the Change management team for a Retail Bank.
The role sits within the Regulatory Compliance team and will be responsible for implementing a number of changes to customers in relation to complaint handling and new regulatory requirements for PPI. These changes will involve a combination of business and IT changes and also operating changes where training of staff will need to be planned.
The role calls for a Change Manager who is used to working on Customer projects which MUST include Complaints Management as well as project involving PPI.
Good knowledge of project management is also essential as is good stakeholder management and communication skills.
