Six month + assignment for experienced CRM and customer segmentation professional with detailed knowledge and experience of creating a customer strategy/ CRM model for a Retail financial services company. Initial duties will be to understand the customer profile and carry out analysis for customer segmentation from which will be created a number of customer touch points and activities to strengthen customer retention and acquisition through effective product communications. The role will work closely with heads of product and will be responsible for devising a CRM strategy including leads management which will be aligned with the business/revenue plan.
The successful candidate will have experience of retail financial services and ideally personal finance (mortgages/savings etc) and demonstrable experience of customer segmentation and of creating CRM strategies covering multiple distribution channels. Knowledge of customer data, analytics systems and propensity modelling also required.
