Interim Head of Mortgage Operations / Change Management

The Role

A 12 month assignment for an Interim Professional who has good operational experience of running a large Mortgage Operation and who has driven a programme of change across people, process and technology.
The role will be to take responsibility for both business as usual as well as change management with a large team of 12 direct reports, and initially to conduct a review of operations with a view to maximising performance and productivity against a changing landscape.

The health check will result in a number of changes being made and it is essential that the Interim Professional has experience of driving change in this environment including process management, platform review, telephony, team structure and target operating models.

Good people management skills are essential as is the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of the mortgage sector is essential as is experience of running a sizeable mortgage operation as well as a change management programme.
