Project Managers - Financial Transformation

The Role

Interim Project Managers are required to join a Consultancy team undertake a major financial transformation programme in a retail banking environment. Reporting to the Programme Director the candidates must have a good understanding of best practice in Project Management ideally supported by a Prince 2 and equivalent accounting qualification (ACA /ACCA /CIMA) and experience of financial and treasury accounting. There will be several large work streams which will involve separation and collation of data, account reconciliation, data migration covering the financial ad treasury functions as well as projects relating to financial systems changes and ensuring that all changes are compliant with regulation (Sarbanes/ Basel etc).

Candidates MUST be Project Managers and understand project planning and management of risks and issues as well as understanding financial ledgers and/or treasury accounting.

Work experience in retail banking is essential but candidates coming from a professional services background/ insurance or cards will be considered.
