Working exclusively in the business and service operations areas of Healthcare, our Health Service Professionals provide leadership and operational expertise where: Trusts/Organisations do not have the relevant competencies in-house; a project is short term and there is no need for a permanent appointment; or where existing staff are already working to capacity and additional help is required to deliver business objectives on time.

We have a long-term relationship with the majority of our interim professionals, many of whom have worked on a number of our successful assignments. When required, new executives are sourced through recommendations and referrals. All undergo the same robust vetting procedure, which includes face-to-face interviews and thorough reference checks. The success of our selection process can be gauged by the amount of repeat business we receive; last year this amounted to over 70% of our bookings.
