With a degree in Law and Masters in Business Administration, Chris began her early career in client relationship management within the strategic management team at Ashridge Management College. Since joining Albemarle in 1994, Chris has overseen the growth and development of the commerce and industry practice including the creation of the specialist Contact Centre operations. Working within the consumer and retail arms of FTSE 100 companies, Chris has firmly established Albemarle’s position as one of the leading providers of experienced specialists in the commerce and industry sector.
Promoted to Head of Operations in 2007, Chris has continued to work within these sectors whilst taking responsibility for ensuring operational excellence across Albemarle. In January 2009 Chris joined the Albemarle Board as Operations Director to continue the programme of continuous improvement in services offered to clients and interims through robust support provided by Albemarle.
